About BuildWithMe
A founder-first venture studio in India for people building their first startup. We help founders validate ideas, define what deserves to be built, build MVPs, test with real users and make better decisions about what to build, change or stop.
A venture studio builds startups alongside founders rather than betting on them from a distance. The studio contributes process, product, brand, go-to-market and fundraising support — and shares risk through a small equity partnership.
An agency builds what you ask for. We start one step earlier — figuring out whether what you're asking for deserves to exist — and then co-build it with you. Our incentives sit with your outcome, not with the size of your invoice.
Accelerators run cohorts and help you speed up what you're already building. We work one founder at a time, hands-on, from the raw idea — including the uncomfortable work of testing whether the idea should continue at all.
Working With Us
First-time founders, non-technical founders, working professionals with startup ideas, and early-stage teams who need product clarity and validation. If you're at the beginning, this studio was built for you.
No. You need a clear problem you want to solve and the drive to build. We help refine the concept and test it together — that's the entire point of the first two stages of our process.
Yes. Many of the founders we work with are solo at the start. The studio acts as your co-builder across product, brand and strategy while the founding team takes shape.
Yes — in fact, validating while employed is often the smartest path. The sprint produces evidence about whether the idea deserves your full-time chapter before you make that jump.
We review every application, then speak with founders where we see a potential fit. We look for coachability, real problem understanding and execution drive — not polish. We work deeply with fewer founders at a time, by design.
21-Day MVP Sprint
Our signature sprint: three compressed weeks that move you from assumptions to evidence — understand and validate, define and design, then build and test with real users.
Week one tests the problem, customer and market. Week two defines the product direction, journey and MVP scope. Week three builds the MVP and puts it in front of real users. It ends with a decision: continue, change or stop.
A clear problem statement, validation evidence, an MVP direction, a prototype or working MVP, real user feedback and a next-step decision made on evidence rather than hope.
No — and be suspicious of anyone who promises it in three weeks. The sprint guarantees something more useful: enough real evidence to make a smart next decision without burning months of capital.
Funding
We are a venture studio, not a fund. We invest build capacity, process and senior time into founders through a lean equity partnership — and prepare you to raise external capital when the business is ready.
Yes. We help with the investor story, pitch deck, fundraising strategy, investor preparation and outreach support — grounded in the validation evidence the studio work produces.
No. We don't guarantee funding, introductions or outcomes. We guarantee preparation: a sharper story, cleaner materials and a business that can answer hard questions.
Partnership
We co-build. The studio brings validation, product, technology, brand, go-to-market and fundraising support under one roof; the founder brings the problem, the domain insight and the drive. Risk and upside are shared.
Our model is deliberately founder-friendly: a lean co-build structure rather than agency-rate billing. Exact terms depend on the scope of the engagement and are discussed transparently during the application conversation.
Yes. The studio works on an equity-light model — typically a small single-digit equity partnership (in the 3–7% range) — so our incentives stay aligned with your long-term outcome, not with billable hours.
