Why BuildWithMe Exists.

We believe founders deserve someone who will help them build — and someone who will tell them when they shouldn't.

The Gap We Saw

The startup ecosystem doesn't have an idea shortage.

It has a decision-making problem.

Every year, thousands of capable people in India decide to build a startup. Most of them skip the most important step — not because they're careless, but because nobody around them insists on it.

BuildWithMe exists to introduce clarity at exactly that moment: before the capital, before the code, before the commitment.

→

Too many start building immediately

Enthusiasm becomes a product before a single assumption is tested.

→

Too many spend before validating

Development, marketing and PR budgets go first. Questions come later.

→

Too many confuse activity with progress

Busy is not the same as building the right thing.

→

Too many continue because they've invested

Sunk cost quietly replaces evidence as the decision-maker.

The Philosophy

Building Founders,
Not Just Startups.

Startups are outcomes. Founders are the machines that produce them.

If we only help you build a product, we've helped you once. If we help you become a founder who tests assumptions, reads evidence, protects capital and makes hard calls — we've helped you for every venture you'll ever build.

That's why the studio measures itself by the quality of founder decisions, not the volume of launches.

Build

Make the smallest useful version of the thing being tested.

Validate

Put it against reality — real users, real behaviour, real signals.

Learn

Extract what the evidence actually says, not what we hoped it would say.

Decide

Continue, change or stop — and own the decision with confidence.

Principles

What we believe.

01

Validate before scaling. Evidence first, growth second.

02

Build lean. The smallest version that produces a real answer wins.

03

Listen to users. Their behaviour outranks everyone's opinion — including ours.

04

Challenge assumptions. Agreement is comfortable; clarity is useful.

05

Protect founder capital. Every rupee spent before evidence is a bet, not an investment.

06

Move with evidence. Let signals, not sunk cost, drive the next step.

07

Know when to change. A pivot made early is cheap. Made late, it's a funeral.

08

Know when to stop. Stopping a weak idea is a successful outcome, not a failed one.

The Founder

Nas Suresh Krishna

Nas Suresh Krishna

Founder · BuildWithMe.Studio

Works directly with every founder inside the studio — from the first validation call to the final continue / change / stop decision.

"Your first goal isn't to build a company. It's to find out whether there is a company worth building."

Suresh started BuildWithMe after watching the same pattern repeat across India's early-stage ecosystem: talented, driven founders spending their savings — and their best years — on products that were never validated with the people they were meant to serve.

The studio was built as the answer to that pattern: a place where a first-time founder gets a co-builder instead of a contractor, honest feedback instead of agreement, and a disciplined path from idea to evidence.

His operating belief is simple — the studio's job is not to make every startup succeed. It's to make sure every founder finds out, quickly and cheaply, whether theirs deserves to.

  • Founder-first venture studio for India's first-time founders
  • Lean co-build model — small equity partnership, shared risk
  • Deep involvement in validation, product scoping and decision-making
